Which personal data does Suitss Me store?
Name, address and place of residence
We save data such as your name, address and place of residence for our personal contact. For example, we would like to address you by name instead of a customer number. In addition, we need your address and place of residence to draw up invoices and, if necessary, to contact you via this route.
We save your email address so that we can keep you informed about important messages. By this we mean messages about your order or account. In addition, we will keep you informed about news from Suitss Me via newsletters. If you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can of course do that.
In an emergency or when asking for input, we like to have personal contact. That’s why we keep your phone number.
Login details and customer number
In order to provide maximum security for access to your account, we store your login details. This means that only you and people with whom you share this data can log in. In addition, we create a unique customer number for you, with which we can help you as quickly as possible.
We store your IP address to be able to give you an overview of which IP address is logged into your account or when changes have been made. This address is also used to better protect your account against unauthorized access from other locations.
We store payment details such as your PayPal, credit card details and account number. In addition, we also save your name as an account holder after a successful order. We also use other parties for the processing, such as credit card companies. When placing an order, we create a unique quotation and invoice number that is linked to your account.
Your use of our website
All of the above, together with the cookies, ensure that we can see how you use our website and services and where your interests lie. In this way we can adjust our website, services and advertisements as best as possible to your taste!
Your privacy and third parties
When someone offers us a million euros to buy your personal data, we will kindly show them the door. We will only share your data with others in the following cases:
- To provide or perform our services
We sometimes use third parties to provide our services, for example for our financial administration.
- To improve our services, website or advertisements
We use third-party software to measure how well a new product page resonates with you.
- To get feedback
We use survey agencies to hear how satisfied you are with our services.
- To carry out a legal obligation
A police claim may oblige us to share your data with the police.
We will ensure that your data is properly protected and secured, even after it has been shared with another party.
Of course, it is not the intention that someone else pretends to be you. That is why we use your personal data to prevent possible fraud with false or stolen data.
Cookies can also contain personal data about, for example, your surfing behavior and interests. View our privacy statement for site visitors for more information about the cookies we use.
